Information you give us. When you join the waitlist or complete our questionnaire, we may collect your email address, name, phone number, general location, and the responses you choose to provide about your aesthetic interests, goals, history, budget, and preferences. Providing questionnaire details beyond your email is optional.

When you visit the site, we and our analytics providers may collect device and usage information (such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring links) using cookies and similar technologies. We also record marketing attribution parameters (for example, UTM tags and click identifiers such as gclid and fbclid) when present in the link you arrived from.

To add you to the waitlist and communicate about your invitation and early access.

If you opt in, we may send you launch updates, early-access perks, and health-interest content by text message. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

Service providers who operate the site and our waitlist on our behalf, including form and survey tools (Formspree, Tally), product analytics (PostHog), and advertising and measurement platforms (Meta/Facebook, Reddit, Google). When you join a list, we may share your email in hashed form with these platforms to measure sign-ups. These providers process data under their own privacy terms.
Legal and safety recipients when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
